Your initial payment signifies you understand and accept the terms outlined below.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Hanson Creative Ltd harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of, based on or in connection with your access and/or use of the church website system and website.
In no event shall Hanson Creative Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to data arising out of the use or inability to use this web site or any linked site, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information or materials presented on this web site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory even if we or our suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Hanson Creative Ltd assumes no responsibility for accuracy, correctness, timeliness, or content of the materials provided on this web site. You should not assume that the materials on this web site are continuously updated or otherwise contain current information. The materials provided at this web site are provided “as is” and any warranty (express or implied), condition or other term of any kind, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or title is hereby excluded.

The system that powers Churchwebsites and all it's customers is the property of Hanson Creative Ltd (the Licensor). The Software is licensed, not sold. Title and copyrights to the Software, in whole and in part and all copies thereof, and all modifications, enhancements, derivatives and other alterations of the Software regardless of who made any modifications, if any, are, and will remain, our sole and exclusive property.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable License to use our system and software.
Upon purchase or subscription of a License, you will receive a username and password for accessing your website administration area. All text and images added to our system by you remain your property.
We hope you will find our system easy to use and beneficial for your church, but to ensure you are satisfied we offer a 30 day money back guarantee of your initial set up fee. Ensure you do let us know within the 30 days though as we can not refund your initial payment after this cut off.
Your website hosting and content management fee is billed automatically to your credit card every month upon the anniversary date (or if paid by direct credit then it is paid annually). An invoice will be generated and emailed to you.
Following payment we will send you a link with some more details that we require from you to get the website set up. Once we have this information we will have your website ready for you to start inputting the rest of your information within 5 business days (often it will be within a day or two depending on our workload).
If you no longer require our service please contact us via phone or email and let us know when to remove your website from our servers. You will be required to pay our monthly service fee up to the stated day. Any part months will be charged pro-rata on a daily basis.
All files (including, but not limited to images, documents, audio files, website pages) that have been added by the licensee will be returned via downloadable link. The underlying software remains the property of Hanson Creative and will not be supplied to the licensee.
All prices are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST
You agree that we can put our credit on each page of your website. This may be in the form of text and a hyperlink or similar graphic in each page footer. You also agree to put our copyright notices where relevant within your website.
Any additional services or customisation required will be quoted and supplied separately. Any additional services must be paid for prior to work being undertaken. All customised code developed for you may be reused for other clients and on other projects.
If you or any agent working for you attempts to update the website and damage is done to the code, graphics, or underlying structure, time to repair these errors for you will be assessed and billed on a per-project basis or hourly basis.
All access codes, documentation and materials given to the client must stay with you and not be passed on to anyone outside your church or organisation.
